No one will know they are there. Under Glamour inserts will adjust to your body temperature after 5-10 minutes of wear.

SHAPING INSERTS: Each shaping insert has a unique left and right orientation. Position the inserts inside your bra, below your breasts. The larger lobe should be placed toward the center of your bra. The smaller lobe is towards the outside.  The large rounded lobe adds volume, while the smaller lobe fills and maintains placement.

CARE:  Wipe clean with a damp cloth.  Allow to air dry.
